I've been to SGLC as a camper and was LEARNING TO DO. I gained a great deal of knowledge about leadership, communication, and who I was.
Now experiencing this camp as a state officer, I was excited to realize that I was DOING TO LEARN this time around while facilitating workshops, working with the officer team, and meeting with a very excited, energetic and extremely talented group of FFA members!!
The LEADERSHOW NETWORK was streaming live all week as we learned exactly what it takes to be a leader, FFA activities and opportunities, and how to put these things into action.
SGLC was a very exciting and rewarding week for me, and I hope many of you who attended can say the same. I saw a change in you as a group as the week progressed. I could feel the level of engagement and energy building everyday. It was awesome to see it all explode out of you at the dance!! Keep it up! Find a way to keep this excitement and passion alive not only through your FFA adventures, but whatever you do!
